This MAGLEV TURBO BLOWER utilizes magnetic levitation bearing technology, eliminating frictional loss from traditional mechanical bearings and enhancing equipment reliability and stability. Its permanent magnet motor, designed without a stator coil, operates at lower rotor temperatures and achieves up to 97% efficiency compared to conventional motors. The three-element flow impeller minimizes vortex loss for high aerodynamic performance. With no bearings at either end of the motor shaft, the blower features contact-free magnetic suspension, requiring no lubrication and producing lower vibration. Noise levels are 15–20dB lower than those of a Roots blower, and outlet airflow temperatures are reduced by 10–20°C, resulting in lower moisture loss. Overall, the system delivers up to 15% power savings.
