This HAMMER MILL is a small to medium-sized crushing unit designed to break various grain granules such as corn, sorghum, wheat, and beans. Crushing occurs at the pitch between the beater blades and sieve mesh. The casing is made of high-quality steel plate, and both the motor and hammer mill are mounted on a shared base, connected via flexible column-pin coupling for direct drive. With a simple structure, long service life and easy manufacturing, installation, and maintenance, the machine offers reliable performance. The inlet is centrally located at the top, and the beater blades are symmetrically arranged. It operates with low vibrator and minimal noise.
