This SINGLE-SPOUT PACKER consists of a feeding mechanism, twin square weighing hoppers, bag clamp holders, sewing machine, belt conveyor, load cells, weighing instrument, and control system. It is designed for packaging granular materials such as wheat, feed stuff, soybeans, corn, grains, fertilizers, and plastic pellets. Large and small arc feeding gates enable fast, medium, and slow feeding for precise weighing. Onsite instruments display operation parameters, and a Profibus module provides real-time data and record keeping. Dual hoppers operate alternately to achieve high capacity (600–700 bags/hour), with low installation height, high accuracy, stable performance, and easy operation and maintenance.
