Golden Grain Group completed this turnkey flour mill project for Bungasari in Medan, Indonesia. The project includes 3x500TPD and 2x150TPD flour milling lines with advanced PLC automation systems, intelligent plant control and solar power integration for energy-efficient operation.
The project was designed with a high level of automation to improve production efficiency, operational stability and flour quality consistency. Advanced electrical engineering and intelligent control systems enable centralized monitoring and optimized plant management.
As one of the first flour mills in Indonesia to integrate solar power generation, the project demonstrates a strong focus on sustainable development and energy-saving operation.
